MHS seniors honored on National Signing Day
Four Maricopa High School (MHS) seniors were publically honored for their commitment to athletic and academic excellence, as they accepted and acted upon scholarships they earned to leading colleges. On hand to witness the signing event were parents, coaches, family, friends, District staff members, and the local media.
National Signing Day is typically the first Wednesday in February, the earliest an athlete can sign a Letter of Intent to their prospective college. A Letter of Intent guarantees the student at least one year of tuition, fees, and room and board, in return for participation in the named sport program. Each year thereafter, these scholarships can

After a spectacular win at Tempe, Lady Rams fought through two overtime games in the Sunblast Tourney for a 1-2 finish. When their batting’s on, they’re unstoppable!
