Final count for primary
 “Unofficial” primary election results change Maricopa landscape; School override defeated by 20 votes

Unofficial results published by the Pinal Board Elections Board show some changes in the ranking of primary candidates since the March 9 results. The Pinal County Board of Supervisors will makes a final, official declaration at their meeting on March 17. Additional votes in the tally represented between 500-600 early ballot and provisional voters.

The Maricopa Unified School District override went down to defeat by only 20 votes out of 2,796 cast. The MUSD will likely now need to cut positions and find other
