MPD seeking citizen help in a suspicious activity call

The individual in this composite sketch is being sought for questioning related to a suspicious activity call received by the Maricopa Police Department.
The activity has taken place in the area of the Alterra south subdivision. The individual reportedly stopped and asked a teenage female for directions. Once the female stopped, he exited his vehicle and made comments that were sexual in nature. After seeing an approaching vehicle, the subject drove off.
The subject is described as a dark skin Hispanic male in his mid to late 30’s; medium to large build; wearing a dark blue baseball cap with a military tapered hair cut. The subject has been seen in a light purple 4-door compact car. The car is described to have a grey primer area along the lower driver’s side. This extends from wheel well to wheel well.
The subject was last seen in a black or blue striped mechanics style work shirt with a name tag on it and light blue jeans.
