CGRMC to host diabetes overview Nutrition Class -- December 10

Casa Grande, AZ -- Casa Grande Regional Medical Center (CGRMC) is conducting an overview class on Diabetes Nutrition taught by a Registered Dietician on Saturday, December 10, 2011, from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. in the Discovery Room at the hospital. Learn the basic skills you need to control your diabetes. The session will cover what diabetes is, how to control it, meal planning, carbohydrate counting, and more. This class is part of a series of nutrition classes to be held on the second Saturday of each month. The goal of the series is to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to make better food choices to improve their health. All of the classes will be taught by a Registered Dietitian.
